Parking
Free parking is available in designated visitor spaces behind the Art Museum building and along the turning circle drive, except as prohibited. Additional visitor parking is located at the Institute of Science parking ramp, a short distance from the Art Museum on Institute Way.
Refund Policies
General admission is non-refundable. Tickets can be rescheduled if contacted before the date of scheduled visit (contact us at visitart@cranbrook.edu, include the ticket holder’s name, date of visit, and date to reschedule).
Program and event tickets are non-refundable. Event tickets are transferable. To transfer or gift your tickets to another person, simply given them your eTicket link or printed ticket. Please note that tickets can only be used once. Once scanned they are invalid. Ticket holders should exercise caution when sharing ticket links. Resale of event or admission tickets is not allowed.
Museums for All
In partnership with Museums for All, Cranbrook Art Museum offers free admission to EBT cardholders and their guests. Please present your EBT (Michigan Bridge) or WIC card at the front desk to receive this offer.
Accessibility
Barrier-free access to the galleries of Cranbrook Art Museum can be accommodated at the front turn around near the Orpheus Fountain or the adjacent New Studios Building. Visitors with disabilities are encouraged to call the museum at 248-645-3320 during regular museum hours for assistance. If you are planning your visit in advance, you may email VisitArt@cranbrook.edu for additional information. Wheelchairs are available to use on a first-come, first-served basis at the Visitor Services desk.
