Looking for a fun and creative family activity? Join us once a month on Saturdays for an interactive tour in the museum galleries or vault, followed by an artist-led workshop.
Select Saturdays from 1:30-3pm, $15 per participant, intended for families with children 4-16. Pre-registration is required through our website. All materials are provided.

October 24 – Polymer Clay Magnets
Your fridge will love these new polymer clay magnets in bright, bold colors. Sculpt your favorites, including beautiful landscapes, delicious food, or colorful abstract designs.
December 5 – Anna Sui Fairytale Design
Fashion Designer Anna Sui completes her looks with amazing headpieces and brooches. Create your own designs that are inspired by one of Sui’s fashion collections that are on display at the museum.
January 23, 2027 – Textile Art
Combining colorful textiles and fun accessories, create a multi-media masterpiece. These 2D artworks will be inspired by Anna Sui’s fashion collections that include upcycling clothes to totally change their look.
February 6, 2027 – Accordion Books
Learn how to fold accordion books with unique covers. Inside the books will be an exploration of abstract painting techniques and mark-making with paint sticks.
March 6, 2027 – Mini Art Museum
Let’s shrink the art museum! Create your own mini works of art for a mini museum display using a variety of sculpting and painting materials.
