Join Associate Curator of Collections Kat Goffnett for a curator-led tour of Labyrinth/Laboratory: Selections from the Cranbrook Collection and the Collections Wing.
Over the course of its history, Cranbrook Academy of Art has been a hotbed of material exploration and innovation, leading to radical interdisciplinary approaches to art-making. This tour looks at artists studying and making in fiber and photographic arts to explore the evolution of these Academy departments and their impact on the field. The tour will begin in the galleries and conclude in the Collections Wing.
$22 per person, including museum admission. $5 for ArtMembers. Tours meet in Main Gallery, at the entrance to the exhibition.
