SUMMARY:Adult ArtMaking Workshop: Textile Design and Repeating Patterns
DESCRIPTION:Join us for artist-led workshops! Each two-hour workshop will f
 eature a different theme\, drawing inspiration from artwork in our collect
 ion. Together\, we will learn about the artist’s intentions and processe
 s before making our own works of art with guidance from visiting artists a
 nd museum educators.  \n\nExplore textiles from the permanent collection 
 and the exhibition Eventually Everything Connects: Mid-Century Design in t
 he US and learn how to make repeating patterns by hand and a DIY method fo
 r silkscreening onto fabric. \n\n$25 per participant\, $20 for ArtMembers
 \, intended for ages 16 and up. Pre-registration is required through our w
 ebsite.
