The Public Lecture series at Cranbrook Academy of Art is a critical and idiosyncratic look into the conversations and inquiry that drives the 11 departments in Art, Architecture and Design.
Each year we kick-off our public lecture series with lectures by our own Artists-in-Residence. We invite the public to join us as they discuss their practice, philosophy and current projects.
On Sept. 24, we will be hearing from:
– Scott Klinker, Designer-in-Residence and Head of 3D Design
– Gretchen Wilkins, Architect-in-Residence, Head of Architecture (join us to welcome Gretchen to her first year at the Academy!)
