The celebration will also feature the Cuban Art Song Project, presented by Isabella Lamadriz, a Cuban American Soprano and founder of the Cuban Art Song Project. It will include roving performances throughout the evening! As the daughter of a Cuban exile herself, Lamadriz explores her heritage through the arrangement and presentation of this music. She will offer songs from the late 19th Century through the middle of the 20th Century representing a variety of genres including bolero, son, and criollas.

The event is free to all.
