DESCRIPTION:Andrianna Campbell-LaFleur writes mostly about modern and conte
 mporary art history. She is the recipient of numerous fellowships and awar
 ds including a Yale University Presidential Research Award\, the Dean K. H
 arrison Fellowship\, the Preservation of American Modernists Award\, the L
 ibrary Fellowship from the American Philosophical Society\, the Andrew W. 
 Mellon Fellowship at the Dia Art Foundation\, the Dissertation Writing Fel
 lowship at the Schomburg branch of the New York Public Library\, the Natio
 nal Gallery of Art’s Center for Advanced Study in the Visual Arts Twelve
 -Month Chester Dale Fellowship\, the Robert Rauschenberg Writing Award and
  a 2020 CUNY Emergency Grant. In 2020\, she received her Ph.D. in Art Hist
 ory from The Graduate and University Center of the City University of New 
 York. She is currently writing a book of sensationalized fiction about the
  art world.\n\nCranbrook Academy of Art’s 2023-24 Public Lecture Series
