 , often employing discarded clothing to create visceral and intricate scul
 ptures and installations.\nShe has presented solo exhibitions at the Musé
 e de la Chasse et de la Nature\, Paris\, France\; The Baker Museum\, FL\; 
 Denver Botanic Gardens\, CO\; Smack Mellon\, NY\; Fuller Craft Museum\, Bo
 ston\, MA\; Slag Gallery\, NY\; RX Gallery\, Paris\, France\; Ogden Contem
 porary Arts\, UT\, and many other venues. Her work has been exhibited in s
 everal group exhibitions at museums such as the Royal Academy of Arts\, Lo
 ndon\; Brooklyn Museum\, NY\; El Museo del Barrio NY\; The Jewish Museum N
 Y\; Nevada Museum of Art\, NV\; Musée du Textile et de la Mode\, Cholet\,
  France\; Children’s Museum of Manhattan\, NY.\n\nKostianovsky is the re
 cipient of distinguished awards\, including a Guggenheim Fellowship and gr
 ants from New York Foundation for the Arts\, the Pollock-Krasner Foundatio
 n\, The Virginia Groot Foundation\, and others. Her work has been reviewed
  in The New York Times\, Art in America\, The Wall Street Journal\, The Bo
 ston Globe\, WBUR\, the Village Voice\, Marie Claire\, El Diario New York\
 , Colossal\, and Hyperallergic\, among others. Selected Residencies includ
 e Yaddo\, L’AiR Arts\, Wave Hill Gardens\, Cheekwood Estate &amp\; Garde
