DESCRIPTION:Join us for a site-specific performance of Michelangelo Pistole
 tto’s Il Terzo Paradiso (The Third Paradise) in Detroit’s historic F
 isher Building. Pistoletto’s career spans six decades as one of the lea
 ding artists in contemporary art and a preeminent figure of the arte pove
 ra movement. Il Terzo Paradiso (The Third Paradise) is based on the art
 ist’s manifesto to find a humanist negotiation between nature and artif
 ice. The project has taken various performative and installation-based for
 ms throughout the world. In Detroit\, The Third Paradise symbol will be
  created through an epic performance of Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit\, 
 with a finale performance by Tunde Olaniran.\n\nFree and open to all. No p
 re-registration needed.
