Beau Sinchai is an artist-political designer from Minneapolis, MN. She received her MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art, 3D Design in 2015. Trained as an architect and an artist, Beau sees design and art as a vital communication tools; blurring the lines surrounding design and engaging it in conversations relating the cultures, people, politics, and physical environment. Beau’s work has been part of numerous exhibitions including Mercedes-Benz Financial Offices, and was awarded the Museum Committee purchase award in 2015, accessioning one of her pieces into Cranbrook’s permanent collections.
