SUMMARY:Wainger Workshop: Playing with Patterns
DESCRIPTION:Join us for artist-led workshops in Wainger Gallery on select T
 hursdays! Each two-hour workshop will feature a different artmaking theme\
 , drawing inspiration from artwork in our collection. Together we will loo
 k closely at artworks and learn about the artist’s intentions and proces
 ses before making our own works of art with guidance from visiting artists
  and museum staff. \n\nOn March 13\, we will reflect on the large-scale m
 ixed media work of Charles McGee who stated that “the creative mind cont
 inues always to test the parameters of conventional knowledge\, forever in
  pursuit of new vistas.” We will strive to bring harmony and movement in
 to our mixed media art inspired by McGee. \n\n $25 per participant\, $20
  for ArtMembers\, intended for ages 16 and up. Pre-registration is require
